- Cardio — Running, cycling, swimming — anything that gets the heart going.
- Strength training — Weights and resistance work to build strength.
- Yoga / flexibility — Yoga, pilates, stretching, and mobility.
- Team sport — Football, basketball, and other group games.
- Walking / hiking — Getting your movement on foot, indoors or out.
- A bit of everything — You mix several kinds of activity.
- Rarely exercise — Exercise isn't a big part of your routine right now.
