Insights Discovery colour energies
Insights Discovery is a workplace personality model built on Carl Jung's psychological types and developed by Andi and Andy Lothian in the 1990s. It sorts people by four 'colour energies', with each person usually expressing a blend dominated by a lead energy.
A commercial Jungian-derived workplace tool; like its MBTI cousin it is widely used in training but is not an empirically validated personality measure. (Andi & Andy Lothian (Insights Group), 1990s; based on Carl Jung's 'Psychological Types' (1921))
