Hartman Color Code (Motive)

The Color Code is a personality system created by psychologist Taylor Hartman in his 1987 book of the same name. It sorts people into four colour-coded types based on their core driving motive rather than their behaviour, with meanings distinct from other colour personality systems.

A popular self-help personality framework that has not been empirically validated as a scientific instrument. (Taylor Hartman, 1987 (The Color Code / The People Code))
