PERMA (Seligman, 2011; PERMA-Profiler, Butler & Kern, 2016) is a validated model of wellbeing built from five routes to flourishing. This asks which one you draw on most — a strengths-focused, non-clinical reflection. (PERMA model of wellbeing (Seligman; Butler & Kern))
