True Colors (four-colour personality)

True Colors is a four-colour temperament model created by Don Lowry in 1978, adapting David Keirsey's four temperaments into accessible colour metaphors. It sorts people by their dominant motivational style, values, and behavioural strengths into one of four colours: Blue, Gold, Green, or Orange.

A popular personality framework derived from Keirsey's temperaments and the MBTI lineage; it is widely used in education and team-building but is not a scientifically validated measure of personality. (Don Lowry, 1978 (adapted from David Keirsey's four temperaments))
