Social value orientation (SVO)

How you weigh your own gain against other people's.

Social value orientation (Messick & McClintock, 1968; Van Lange et al., 1997) is a validated measure of how people weigh their own outcomes against others' when interests are interdependent. It reliably predicts cooperation in real situations. (Social Value Orientation (Van Lange et al.))
