- Devotion — Love and surrender to the divine (bhakti).
- Knowledge — Insight and self-enquiry (jnana).
- Selfless action — Service without attachment (karma).
- Meditation — Stillness and absorption (raja / dhyana).
- Right conduct — Living by precepts and virtue (sila).
- Ritual & mantra — Sacred rites, mantra and energy (tantra).
