• Diverging — Feels and watches — imaginative, sees many angles, good with people.
• Assimilating — Thinks and watches — logical, drawn to ideas and concepts.
• Converging — Thinks and does — practical problem-solving and applying ideas.
• Accommodating — Feels and does — hands-on, intuitive, learns by trying.
