Groups

• Innovator — First in line — tries the brand-new and the unreleased.
• Early adopter — Jumps on new tech early, before it's mainstream.
• Early majority — Adopts once something has proven itself a little.
• Late majority — Waits until most people have already switched.
• Laggard — Sticks with the familiar — adopts only when there's no choice.
